We start by email. Share what you know; dimensions, timing and price are confirmed in your written quote.
Start with your guest list and space.
Send your approximate guest count, number of tables, event date and venue or city. Tell us whether guests should find their names alphabetically or by table, and whether you have cards, artwork or a lettering design already.
We confirm the usable display area, panel dimensions and text size with the layout. A beautiful finish still needs a guest list people can read.
Make the design yours.
Share your colors, preferred shape and finish, and any reference images you may use. The sign, base or supports, lettering and removable card elements are specified individually in the quote.
Flowers, candles, styling and setup are included only when stated. We confirm who supplies and installs each element.
The details that keep the day simple
Agree the proof and the names deadline.
Before production, approve the spelling, table assignments, layout, dimensions and finish. Agree a final guest-list deadline and how any later changes will be handled. We also confirm the vehicle fit or delivery route and who is responsible for placement.

Can I buy the seating chart instead of renting it?
Yes. Ask for a custom purchase quote. Your piece is built to order and is yours to keep. A rental listing or render is a starting point, not a promise that a finished purchase is already in stock.
Can you coordinate a welcome sign too?
Ask for both pieces in your inquiry. We can review a coordinated design and quote the seating chart and welcome sign separately, with shared finish ideas.
What happens if the guest list changes?
Agree the final names deadline and revision scope in writing before production. Whether later changes are possible depends on the lettering or card system and the stage of the build.
