Start with the space and the message.
Tell us where the sign will go, the viewing distance and the approximate width and height. Send your wording or logo file and any finish references you have permission to use.
We review the artwork and production method before confirming the design. A reference photo is inspiration for a discussion, not a promise to reproduce someone else’s work.
Make the mounting part of the brief.
A wall-mounted sign and a freestanding display need different supports. Include the mounting surface, access and who will install it. Your written quote identifies the sign, hardware and responsibilities that are included.
For outdoor placement, tell us the weather exposure and intended duration. Outdoor suitability must be confirmed for the actual build.
Custom woodwork, clearly specified
Approve the sign before we make it.
We confirm the dimensions, spelling, artwork, finish, price, schedule and payment terms in writing. Customer pickup is by appointment; delivery is quoted for the route and handling requirements.
This is a custom wood-sign inquiry, not an electrical or illuminated signage service. Any landlord, venue or local approval required for placement is the customer’s responsibility to confirm.

Can I order more than one sign?
Include the quantity and any differences between the pieces. We confirm the production scope and price for the complete request.
Do you design the logo?
Supply your existing wording or authorized logo artwork. Any additional artwork or layout work must be agreed in the written scope; a full brand-design service is not automatically included.
Can I get a price from a photo?
A photo is a useful starting point. We also need approximate dimensions, materials or finish preferences, intended use, mounting and timing before we can confirm a written quote.
