Customer pickup and return
There is no transport fee for customer pickup and return by appointment. Rental returns are due by noon the next day. We share the exact Greenville-area handoff point after booking. Confirm the piece dimensions, vehicle fit, loading needs, and agreed times before collecting.
Smith Made transport
- Delivery starts at $75 within 15 road miles of Greenville.
- Standard pickup starts at $75 within 15 road miles. Delivery plus standard pickup starts at $150.
- Beyond 15 miles, each trip adds $2.25 per additional one-way venue mile. Delivery and pickup are calculated separately and each fee is rounded up to the nearest $5.
- Pickup after 9 p.m. adds $75. Pickup at or after midnight adds $125 instead.
- More than 50 road miles, stairs, difficult access, oversize or two-person handling, setup, and other special service need a custom quote.
For example, a 25-road-mile venue is $100 for a standard delivery trip: $75 plus $22.50, rounded up to $100. Standard delivery and pickup would be $200 before separately quoted extras. Final route miles and access requirements appear in your written quote.
What we confirm with your venue
Tell us the delivery entrance, loading window, steps or elevators, placement location, pickup deadline, and any venue documentation requirements. Placement and styling stay with you, your planner, or your florist unless separately quoted.

We check piece availability, transport capacity, and your requested timing before confirming the scope. A 50% booking deposit confirms the rental after those details are agreed.
