We serve Greenville, Spartanburg, Anderson, Clemson, and Asheville, NC, subject to route and event availability.

Customer pickup and return is by appointment. Smith Made delivery and pickup are quoted separately. Include venue access, stairs, loading windows, placement, and pickup deadlines in your inquiry.

Styling, florals, setup, and other special services are included only when listed in the quote. See delivery fees and the planning estimate.

What to send us

Event basics: date, venue or city, and the best email for the person coordinating.
Design direction: preferred piece, reference images, colors, lettering, and any dimensions or guest-count requirements.
Responsibilities: who supplies and installs signs, cards, florals, or other decorations.
Event access: indoor or outdoor location, transport preference, and the venue's loading and removal windows.

A date is confirmed after availability and written scope are agreed and the required booking deposit is received. Rental bookings require a 50% deposit. For custom builds, we confirm the proof, finish, production schedule, and payment terms before work begins.
