What does the quote include?
Your written quote identifies the wood piece, dimensions, finish, personalization, price, and agreed responsibilities. Florals, balloons, event styling, setup, and other special services are included only when the quote lists them.
Do you offer delivery or customer pickup?
Customer pickup and return are by appointment. Smith Made delivery and pickup are quoted separately for the route and venue requirements. Read our delivery information and include stairs, loading access, and removal deadlines in your inquiry.
Do you have a standard price or guaranteed turnaround?
We confirm pricing and availability after reviewing the actual piece or custom build. Share your needed-by date early. An inquiry does not reserve inventory or confirm a production slot.
